We don’t take any deposits and we don’t ask for full payment until you arrive at Porth-y-Parc. You may cancel at any time without penalty (although we very much hope you won’t) and you are able to see your beautiful accommodation before you pay anything. We believe this mutual trust and goodwill benefits us as hosts and you as guests.

Please also note that although guests are welcome to bring bikes, we do not have secure storage for them and, more importantly, the path through Porth-y-Parc is a footpath only – cycling is not permitted.

Our normal arrival time is 4pm, and departure is 11 am. However, we can sometimes be flexible, so if you need different times, do ask – we’ll do our best to fit in with you.
